Sydney and Augustus Engagement

People always ask me what is the best time of year for an engagement session. Often they think it’s autumn or summer, but the honest truth is the best time of year is when you feel most yourself. Are you someone who likes a cozy atmosphere and a little magic in the air? Then you should think about having your session in the winter. There’s nothing quite like holding each other tight in the cold winter air and dawning big fluffy winter jackets and warm hats. Sydney and Augustus definitely understood what makes a winter engagement session special and came dressed in their winter finest along with his signature cowboy hat (which is great all-year-round I’m told). These two were happy to hold one another close as they admired the fresh blanket of snow that had fallen among the evergreens. They loved playing games together so they brought a few of their favorites and even cut a custom slot in the cards to hold Sydney’s ring. These two are as sweet as they come and you barely noticed the cold with their warm smiles. We are excited to share more with you soon as they were just married in January.
